Item Description

In the lower left corner we believe is " F N W H T E V 74 A " The frame is 41" x 25" and the visible art area is 35" x 19 1/4". The frame needs work- or replacement. The oil on canvas is good but I think has darkened over the prior century. Do you think those are the White Cliffs of Dover? The seagulls are inspecting for some freshly caught fish!

Notes: As said- the frame is rough but the art is Good.
