Vintage oil on canvas painting - Heisey Bros Quarries, Rheems, PA (they are no longer in business) by W H Foley, 1968. It is simply framed in rustic strips on the sides.

Frame measures 20 1/4” x 28 1/4”.
The art measures 20” x 28”.

Notes: The frame has wear and chipping but also is supposed to be rustic. The art looks pretty good, and the back has some yellowing.

Condition

Consistent with age and use.
