Pickup address is 929 Riverside Drive, North Grosvenordale, CT 06255. PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS BELOW IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO OUR WAREHOUSE, AS IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND THE FIRST TIME!

Pickups will be over 2 days (Friday, June 23rd and Sunday, June 25th, from 10am to 2pm both days) to allow for ample time for everyone to collect their items from our warehouse. If you need an alternate pickup day, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note it is not guaranteed. Storage can be arranged prior to the end of the pickup window, for a per item monthly fee, paid in advance. All items not picked up within the 2 day pickup window, where other accommodations have not been made, will be considered forfeit without refund.

The GPS address will take you to the front of a very large brick mill building, opposite the Thompson Public Library. Our entry is actually on the SIDE of the mill building, so please look for our BRIGHT YELLOW 'Auction Pickup' signs and follow them down to our loading dock (Dock 7.) If you map to 50 River St, North Grosvenordale CT 06255, our driveway is DIRECTLY BEHIND that house. All large items will be on the loading dock waiting for you, but assistance will not be available for loading into your vehicle, so please bring help if required for large items.
