Pick up for this auction is at a gated storage facility, we are not affiliated with the storage unit and the staff there cannot access your items. Pick up appointments are available on Thursday Friday and Saturday and should be scheduled through the Auction manager Shawn at 203-804-9634 via text or pick up time is Sunday morning 830am to 10:30 AM. This general to our morning window is the only general pick up time we have a lovely working relationship with the property management and are in agreement to not disrupt their normal customer clientele traffic and that is why we offer appointments Thursday Friday and Saturday all three days of which we could accommodate up to 9 PM. Please reach out to Prior to Auction with any questions or concerns and or to schedule your appointment in advance items will not be held/stored post auction general pick up on Sunday.

** Note: The pick up for Milford Mid Century Mayham is traditionally in the evening however we have decided to change it to the morning due to the fact that The early setting sun poses a challenge during the winter months**
