Vintage mechanical bank - made by Buddy L Corp, Hong Kong, made of tin litho, plastic on lever, instructions on bottom (see photo).
I only tried a couple of coins. I did not do enough to see if it really opens up every ten dollars.

Notes: No dings, no dents, some surface scratches and wear, litho still bright, spots of rust where litho gone, numbers advance when coins put in, lever works.

Consistent with age and use.
