VINTAGE MCM CARLTONWARE HANDPAINTED MUSHROOM CRUET SET CONDIMENT SALT AND PEPPER TRIO STAND PORCELAIN

VINTAGE MCM "CARLTONWARE HANDPAINTED" SPOTTED MUSHROOM LETTUCE WARE PORCELAIN CERAMIC CRUET SET, TRIO OF CONDIMENT VESSELS CONTAINERS, TRIO IN AN UPSIDE DOWN MUSHROOM-SHAPED STAND. Beautiful spotted orange mushroom "caps" with butter yellow "stems". A salt shaker, pepper shaker and a third lidded condiment mushroom shaped container with carve out in lid for a small spoon. There is a slight fine line crack in the glaze on the exterior of the lidded condiment vessel mushroom cap that continues to the underside of mushroom cap. The pepper shaker mushroom cap and stem show prior damage and have been glued together, there is a tiny chip on the underside of the mushroom "cap". The salt shaker is in good vintage condition, as is the holder. Rubber stoppers on bottom of salt & pepper shakers. Made in England, designed in Australia. Please see photos. Stand measures 5 1/4" diameter, base to top of stem is 3 1/2" tall. Mushroom salt & pepper containers are 2 1/2" tall x 2 1/8" wide. Lidded mushroom container is 2 3/4" tall x 2 1/8" wide. Seller originally purchased at the Paul Smith store in NYC.
