Vintage lithograph by well listed artist Alexander birth dated 1939 signed in the plate and titled the pilot of our lifeboat. Also monogrammed in margin lower right below signature base price on pictures

Notes: Small part of lower left corner, missing and slight tear in margin. Still a great old piece based price on pictures.
