Vintage IITALA Finland Tapio Wirkkala Ultima Thule 9" Glass Carafe
Inspired by the melting ice in Lapland, The Ultima Thule collection is designed by legendary Mid Century Designer Tapio Wirkkala.
Ultima Thule glassware was designed in 1968 and was used in the first Finnair flight in 1969, and later in their first class cabin service.
The carafe stands 9" tall
This piece is in perfect condition.
No chips, cracks, cloudiness or damage of any kind.
This collection is still offered today.
