Due to a vehicle driving through the lobby of the storage facility where our unit is large furniture pieces are by appointment only for pick up. If you have smaller items on your invoice, you will be able to pick those up during your appointment. Appointments are available Wed Dec 6th - Sat Dec 9th based on availability. There are no appointments during the general pick up window for large furniture pieces.

All Appointments must be scheduled with Shawn via text or Ninja messages. There will be no one to access your items without an appointment. If you miss your scheduled appointment items will be considered forfeited without refund and/or abandoned per auction terms of service.
