• All auction items are sold "as is." No Exceptions! While we do our best to accurately describe each lot, we are not NYS licensed appraisers. Please review dimensions, measurements, and condition carefully before bidding. Bidders are responsible to do their own research. Contact Auction Manager with any questions you may have BEFORE bidding!
• Please bring helpers to load your furniture items. We DO NOT have the ability or the liability to assist you with packing or moving your heavy or bulky items. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PICKUP AND MOVE YOUR ITEMS WITH YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS, ASSISTANCE AND VEHICLE AT THE LISTED TIME.
• Please note: Each auction lot will close 35 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour. Bidders actively bidding on an item will extend the bidding time on that item for an extra three minutes.
