Vintage Framed Realistic St Bernard Dog Print By Garnet Bancroft G B Fox - The Challenger

Vintage framed print - called ‘The Challenger’ by Garnet Bancroft Fox. He has drawn other dogs like this as well all presented in the same matte and frame design. He is also the nephew of illustrator, Atkinson Fox. This piece has a wooden frame and is covered with glass. It is from the 1930s or thereabouts.

Frame 10” x 13”.

Print measures 6 3/4” x 9 3/4”.

Notes: Glass is good, frame has some wear/rubs/scratches, some yellowing./foxing/discolouration on print and matte.

Consistent with age and use.
