Vintage Framed Landscape, Hand-Tinted Photgraph, Yosemite Falls

A vintage framed landscape, hand-tinted photo of Yosemite Falls, with original sticker on back "H.S. Swasey Art Dealer, Berkeley CA." Henry S. Swasey, (Am. 1864-1954), was an art framer by trade who also sold art supplies, but he was also an artist in his own right. Swasey primarily painted landscapes and was friends with noted landscape artist William Keith, who he emulated. This piece could be one of Swasey's works or another artist's. Presented in a gilt wood frame with black accent, with a brown-paper dustcover/picture wire back. Condition consistent with age and use; please see pics.
