Vintage framed chalk pastel - lighthouse and seagulls by G Hopkins.
It is framed in a wooden frame painted black with gold beaded decoration. It is covered in glass. The art is done on a grey piece of paper. I cannot find anything about this artist as it is not matching up with anyone listed. I haven’t matched up the lighthouse exactly either. It looks a bit like Rose Island Lighthouse in Newport, RI. Please view the photos and judge for yourself.

Frame measures 17” x 21”.

Art opening measures 11” x 15”.

Notes: Glass is good, art looks good, frame has some wear on the corners and edges.

Consistent with age and use.
