Vintage Dexter-Wayne Hi-heels For Little Girls With Original Box

Very cute item for display in its original box. I’m not sure I agree that these are safe and practical and perhaps the parents of the original owner agree because they appear to have never been used.

Directions are included you attach the straps with a thumbtack Although it looks on the box as though they’ve been stapled on
