Item Description

A fantastic Mid Century modern brass floor lamp, created by designer GEORGE HANSEN for METALARTE in 1970. It has an adjustable 'tent' style shade, and convenient on/off toggle on the neck. It has a clean aesthetic, with slender goose-form neck with graceful arch, wide/stout concentric base, and offset tent shade, which adjusts smoothly in a bullet socket. A VERY sharp and highly desirable lamp, in good overall condition. Please refer to the photos for a full condition report. Measures 20" wide [total, including offset base] by 43" tall.
