Vintage Antique - Oil On Board Painting - Cottage On River - Blue Green Tone - Decorative Frame - 14.5 X 27.5

Vintage/antique oil on board - cottage on a lake or river, in signed, not dated. The wooden frame is decorated to match the art with an area in green, blue and brown as well as gold.
This reminds me of a mural I saw somewhere but also is reminiscent of the colours used by Maxfield Parrish in the first quarter of the 20th century.

Frame measures 14 1/2” x 27 1/2”,
Art measures 12” xx25 1/4”.

Notes: Some wear and chipping on the frame, some minor scratches and wear on painting.

Consistent with age and use.
