This porcelain figurine is of 2 young boys and from the 1950's. The base is signed M.S. Hummel and underside is stamped Western Germany. A date of 1939 is stamped on underside of figure. Note has 2 chips- 1 on the base and one on the taller boy's bowtie.

Consistent with age and use.
