Vintage 14 K Karat Gold Bail - .25 In - Attached To Small Shell - Pendant - Jewelry Making - Replacement Part

Bail attached to shell - bail is marked ‘14K’ and is glued onto a shell. I’m not sure if these pieces are original to each other or a marriage. The piece the bail is attached is glued onto the shell. There are no seams on the ring, but the glue has discoloured with age. The bail itself measures 1/4” x 2mm at the widest point. The shell measures 5/8” x1”.
