Vintage 12 String Guitar

great looking guitar but needs plenty of work , great for parts or display or with some work possible slide guitar

does have steel reinforced neck so does make it easier for a neck adjustment,

by looking and the grains through the sound hole it's possibly a solid wood back
best guess is that it might be a Japanese guitar from the 70's
as a guitar player just providing my thought please don't take as gospel actually purchased for myself to try and fix up but it's beyond my skills , hopefully someone can get good use from this 12 string
