This rug is in surprisingly good shape with no visible stains. Slight loss of color from the sun, on one side and some slight signs of wear are highlighted in photos. Unfortunately, there is a small tear to fringe which I brought to a rug dealer to price the repair, Approx. appraised Value $4,000 - $6,000. Approx. Repair cost $200.
