This is an amazing sofa - if you have the room, don't pass it up.
overall - 12'8"w x 95"d x 29h
seat depth - 32
left - 95" x 40"; back height - 29, seat height - 16, seat depth - 32 long, left arm
center - 69w, 29h, seat height - 16
seat depth - 32
right - same measurements as left except arm is on the right

overall in good usable condition
has been in storage and needs vacuuming and maybe a steam clean
dusty, no odors
there are one or two stains shown in photos, appear to be removable
there are some areas where velvet is crushed from storage, but will bounce back.

Steam can be applied to the velvet in order to accelerate the natural pile recovery process. Lightly steaming and gentle brushing in the direction of the pile, will help to lift the pile and improve the existence of pressure marks. Most wrinkles and fold marks will recover by themselves with time and moisture.
