United States Commemorative Gallery State Of Virginia U.S. one Dollar Bill Collection, 4 2003 U.S. one dollar bills with "Virginia and Sailing Ship" in center of bill. There is a write up of Virginia on one cover. This is a portfolio measuring 9 1/2" wide closed about 19" across open and 11 1/2" tall. Has a "Vault Verification # AS1292 VA" on backside.
