Item Description

This trio of titles by and about W.B. Yeats includes:

**FEATURED** Autobiographies: Reveries over Childhood and Youth and The Trembling of the Veil published by MacMillan and Co., Limited (1926), London. Printed in Great Britain by R&R Clark. Hardcover clothbound in moss green has front board with gorgeous embossed/ blind stampled detailing. Gilt lettering and decorative embossing on spine - color has faded to beige. Contains frontispiece and other etchings with overlays with color tipped-in plate (Memory Harbour painted by Jack B. Yeats). Spine, binding and deckled edged pages intact. Charles Ricketts "Unicorn" bookplates inside front and back covers. Some foxing present on front and back of half title page. Ownership marking in ink on title page.

1st U.S. Edition: W.B. Yeats : Man & Poet by A. Norman Jeffares, published by Yale University Press (1949). Green clothbound hardcover with black lettering on spine. Spine, binding and pages intact. Dust jacket has repairs made with tape and in delicate condition with tears and separation as shown. Endpapers have owners name in ink, pencil marking and a sticker from Starr Book Company, Boston.

Yeats: A Collection of Critical Essays edited by John Unterecker, published by Prentice-Hall (1963). Paperback. Binding and pages intact. There are a few markings in pencil on some pages.
