Two Rare Antique Victorian Hoop Skirt Crinoline Bustles Cages

Both made of steel rings and fabric strips - One is adult sized and one appears very tiny - both are in fair condition - the fabric is very fragile and worn as is the bones - the larger hoop measures 29” wide at the bottom and approx 29”h - it was most likely longer when it was new! Due to condition -the smaller measures” 28” wide at bottom by 26”h - it is made of double wrapped wires for the hoops and skinnier fabric for the straps - it is in better condition that the other - they are both very old!!! Hard to find !!!
