The pick up for this auction is at a storage facility and is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to be scheduled for a mutually convenient day & time within the month of February. Each winning bidder will be contacted on the day following the close of the auction to schedule an appointment for pick up.

Please bring adequate help to move large, heavy items and packing materials & boxes for fragile items. There will be no moving help, packing materials or boxes available.

The absence of condition information in the catalog must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
