The base plates or made by winsor and Newton out of London

both are nicely done but as you can see from picture one plate has lost some paint in a couple spots leave as is or have repaired or repair yourself
the shine you might see on the bottom of both plates is from the lighting only

Diameter of plates are aprox 9 inches

Condition

Consistent with age and use.
