Item Description

Treasure pile of 30 pieces of Lumber - Some unused / new with Tags - Please study my photos carefully- some are like new with tags; some have beautiful smooth finished top sides; some are 90% all good but they just have splits at the end 3 to 6"; a few of the previously used pieces have a screw or nail in the very end; a few have paint on one side; one has a large knot hole; and one has angled cuts at its ends;.
Five 2 x 4's - up to 12' long; Two 2 3/4" a 1" x 16'; two 12" x 3/4" x 8'; two 2 1/2" x 1" x 11 1/2'; one 2 1/2" x 1" x 8'; one 2 1/4" x 1" x 10'; two multi-layered with nice finish sides 4" x 1" x 8'; three 1 1/2" x 1" x 8' nice finish; four moulding trim pieces 1" wide x 8' (curved bead); two posts (look perfect for mail boxes ) 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 4' (new); one post that has been used, has a bolt on one end and it's painted 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 67"; one wood pole 1 1/2" diameter x 42". Notes: Please see the photos- overall still a lot of life in this lumber pile.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
-Please ONLY 1 Buyer at the Pick-Up door at a time.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items & please bring your proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
