Oval beveled glass top surface allows view into the second enclosed level that is surrounded by twelve window panes set in carved wood frames. Access is via a hinged drop door at the side. Sturdy turned wood support columns and wagon wheel style wooden wheels. Fine brass hardware accents. Surface wear, scuffs, soil from use and storage. Good used condition.
