*Please send capable manpower to load oversized and/or heavy purchases into your vehicle(s) as no one will be available on site to help with any heavy lifting.
*Please bring appropriate wrapping materials, bags and/or boxes, as none will be available at the pickup location.
*We do not wrap or box items prior to pickup as all items should be inspected by buyer at time of handoff, which ensures the item is as catalogued and the integrity of the piece has not been compromised.
*We will not leave items outside the residence past pickup time.
*We will not accommodate an alternate time, day or location for pickup.
*Item(s) not collected during pickup will be forfeited without refund.

WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. You have won the following items:
