Larger items will require YOU to have sufficient help to move so come prepared. This is a large apartment complex with street parking, the apartment is on the 2nd floor next to the elevator/across from the stairs to the lobby.

Local Pick Up Date: Sunday, July 30th from 11am to 2pm ONLY, or by select appointment prior to July 30th (large furniture/large lots only).

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and not included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction managers via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of notice of the shipping total. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day.

Winning Bidders Must:

- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
