Want a salad that's hot or cold, seafood, veggie, pasta, fruit, chicken, meat...there's a recipe in this book. There is also a section on dressing and sauces. FYI the shadow you see on the pages is my arm holding up my phone as I take the pictures. There is no discoloration on the pages.
