Reproduction rights by the Belgrade art society, lithographed in japan.

Condition: the art seems to be in good shape, while the heavy gold painted frame has experienced loss in some areas, see photos. Possibly cut at bottom to fit but not certain.
Dimensions: 37”W, 38”H Frame, 24”W, 25”H sight
