Item Description

We had this one serviced and cleaned, thus the band not affixed [not damaged- the band pins simply need to be reset]. It was such a convincing replica, that even the jeweler that serviced it was fooled, until he removed the case back. It is an AUTOMATIC, with a VERY good movement. All of the chronograph's functions are operational and crisp. It has been determined to be- by all parties- a high end 'MUSEUM' replica, created to spec of the original TAG Calibre 36 [a watch worth $6500-8500]. A more affordable option that can be worn, and almost fooled a lifelong jeweler. Found a similar example online being offered for $600- as new [museum replica site, Swiss made, regardless].
