The owners of this estate have to have the contents of the house cleaned out shortly after this sale.
Therefore there is NO EXCEPTIONS to this pick up date and time.
Any items not picked up on this day within the time will be considered forfeited without refund.

The ONLY shipping available for this auction are for auction lots containing the following items -

Nintendo with games
Candle stick holders
Brass comedy and tragedy masks
Trio of brass figurines

If you would like to have a lot containing one of these items shipped, please contact Matthew Panettieri to make shipping arrangements. These arrangements must be made prior to bidding and will be handled as a separate transaction coordinated with and fees paid directly to Auction Manager, Matthew Panettieri only.

Upon pick up all buyers are responsible to confirm they have all the items they purchased at the sale.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets or fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing materials.
