Substantial 46" Vintage Natural BALTIC AMBER Necklace- Carved Eggs With Slender Barrel Panels

The inclusions on the eggs are referenced as being ancient insects [which they surely resemble, but not verified]. This large vintage natural AMBER necklace measures over 46" in length total [almost 4 feet long], meant to be worn around the neck multiple times [2-3 times, depending upon how slender a neckline]. It has GOOD age, at least 60 years old, and likely even earlier. There are slender, barrel-form beads with EGG BREAKS. The Slender rods look to be COPAL AMBER. The eggs are darker, and the inclusions resemble the exo-skeletons of chitonous insects, likely beetles. It has a great look, and is high style. Not able to verify if the insects are that without a microscope, but the necklace is definitely unusual. Being offered as is/as found.
