Absolutely stunning pattern, by highly regarded maker COPELAND SPODE, ENGLAND. This is one of their finest patterns, called 'INDIA TREE'. 60 pieces in total, including dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, cups, saucers, oblong serving bowls, creamer, sugar caddy, large lidded tureen [this piece alone just sold online for $280-], gravy boat with underplate, square charger, and large oval charger, as well as original receipts from when purchased in 1954. Just a portion of this set cost the original owner $120.60 in 1954, which is $1380- in today's dollar. And that was for less than hlaf of this set. The resale potential on this set is amazing [easily WELL into 4-figure territory]. I've shown sales of individual pieces of this set, and the numbers are astounding. It is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Only 3 of the 60 pieces have diminutive fleabites. A TOP END service.
