Stunning Antique French MAJOLICA Blackberries, Blossoms & Basketweave
c.1890
Unsigned & unmarked
Sponged on Back in green, brown & yellow
This piece is large, it measures 10.25" across.
The design is beautifully sculpted featuring Blackberries, Foliage, Blossoms & a Basketweave Bckbround
Glazed in shades of GBrown, Pink, Purple, & Yellow on a Turquoise ground.
This plate is in excellent condition.
There are a couple of spots that look like they are chips, but there are NOT chips, just boots of brown glaze.
Colors are bright, plate is glossy, no cracks, chips or crazing.
