Pitcher stands 7 1/2" high.
6" across including handle.
The design is beautifully sculpted featuring Blackberries, Foliage, Blossoms & Yellow background.
Front and back both feature a cartouche formed by brown twig design, with Green olive branch border and a Rampant Lion in the Center.
Rim and handle are blown with embossed woven motif. The spout is shaped like a Satyr Face.
Glazed in shades of Yellow, Green & Brown with a Pink/Lavender interior.
This pitcher is in excellent condition.
Colors are strong, pitcher is glossy, no cracks, chips or crazing.
Just the right amount of bleed between the glazes, indicative of French Majolica in the late 19th Century.
