We are unable to provide assistance with loading purchased items. Winners who are unable to remove their items without assistance will unfortunately forfeit their winnings. No exceptions unless an alternate option was previously discussed.

Shipping and handling fees are not included in the auction price. The winning bidder will be invoiced separately via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle for shipping costs. Payment must be received prior to the purchase of a shipping label. Once payment is received, I will promptly ship your item and provide you with tracking information.

**Important: Failure to pay shipping and handling fees within 48 hours of receiving the invoice will result in the item being considered forfeited.
