Left sided stair chair lift on 14 foot track with automatic retracting lower hinge, accommodates 13 steps. Carriage lift in Pearl finish; Chair 20 x 15 x 40” H, upholstered in Mallum fabric, with seat belt, arm and foot rests. Includes two remotes and locking key.
Carriage serial # U4200821 2592; Chair serial # C4200818 9213.

Track secured on four plates with four large Philips head screws.

Notes: Tested - in smooth working condition. Buyer will be required to remove completely.
