Spectacular .800 Silver Hand Painted Brooch / Pendant - Woman With Bonnet -

This lot consists of an unusual and beautiful old Brooch Pendant. This one is made of .800 Silver (80 percent pure silver) and is so marked on the back. The piece features a gorgeous hand painted portrait under glass. It looks like it is signed on the right side but it seems to go off the edge.The pendant measures approx. 33 mm x 45 mm Not counting the bail.It appears to be in very good , gently used condition.The pin portion on the back is a little bent but functional.I just noticed the tiniest nick in the glass on the very right edge where the bezel comes over the glass.It is minute -see extreme close up photos.In the area near signature.In most photos it's almost impossible to see.This is a very unique piece.
