Lot includes 10'x20' multi-use canopy with shelter sides and full screen netting kit. This was previously used as a screen house, so canopy is soiled from trees and shed storage but no holes or tears seen. All parts and ropes included, has really good screw-in ground anchors, instructions included for screen kit and canopy, good for shielding from sun and rain. Also includes unused side front and rear panels to make an enclosed structure plus full screen kit - screen is used but looks in good condition, all instruction manuals included. This has lots of parts and is very heavy - bring help!
