Set Of 2 Signed Architectural Themed Prints In Colors (a)

1. The first depicts an area with a tall architectural monument with figural top, with buildings around including a magnificent tower with peaked spire. Cars and pedestrians about. Signed lower right an titled lower left.
Sight: 7"h x 4 3/4"w
Frame: 8 3/4"h x 6 1/2"w

2. A lovely print in colors depicting an urban landscape with river and bridge with 3 archways. There are architectural groupings with buildings on either side of the canal / river. Pencil signed indistinctly to lower right.
Presented in a gilt finished frame and glazed with glass.
Sight: 3 5/8"h x 4 3/4"w
Frame: 8 1/8"h x 10 5/8"w

Condition: There are some stain spots to the paper each is printed on with some wear and discoloration commensurate with some age. One is loose in its frame and could be tightened. There is wear but overall both are sweet prints that with a cleaning / re matting and framing would look good.
