Item Description

These charming wooden boxes are unmarked and unsigned, but believed to have been made in Russia in circa 1960's. The top faces of the boxes offer vignettes of Russian architecture and landscape. The exterior of the boxes are painted in glossy black, while the interiors reveal a deep crimson red when opened. The tops of the boxes are very sturdy and open and close nicely, as intended.
