All items must be picked up on the day & within the time frame provided. We cannot make any exceptions for this particular auction as the owner has to have the house empty shortly after the auction ends.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets, fragile pieces, large collection of books, etc. that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing material.

If you live locally & would like an item delivered, contact us before the auction ends and we can provide a delivery quote for you.

If you need an item shipped, you are welcome to contact UPS. They will provide you with a quote to pick up, pack & ship your item. This process would not involve our team at all & would be handled entirely between UPS & the customer.
