Ironstone Wash Bowl - Victoria Ware - Large Blue Transferware Centrepiece Bowl 15.25 X 4 - Old Fashion Scene

Large wash bowl or centrepiece bowl - blue transferware with people, horses, old buildings. It is marked ‘Ironstone Victoria Ware’ which indicates that it is a contemporary piece and not antique.

Notes: Factory imperfections on interior of bowl that could be firing marks, one spot where there is a loss of glaze, no cracks or chips, some utensil marks on interior, some other dots where there isn’t glaze - maybe done to make it look old as some of these pieces have crazing on purpose.

Consistent with age and use.
