Rolf Curt (1931-2006) German Postwar & Contemporary artist. Exhibited at MOMA in 1962. Personal friend of the current owner, who is also from Berlin. The date looks like 1958, but it could be 1959. The paper is slightly warped and can be clearly seen in the photos.
