This is a high quality print of medieval Le Pont des Arts or Passerelle des Arts, which was founded in the 11th century on the rocky spur in an angle of the river; a pedestrian bridge in Paris which crosses the River Seine. It links the Institut de France and the central square of the Palais du Louvre, (which had been termed the "Palais des Arts" under the First French Empire). This print sits in a gold gild, multi beveled and beaded frame.
