Item Description

Early American Colonial era hand crafted rope bed posts, frame, headboard & footboard set. The hand mortised rectangular openings to accept the head and foot boards and rails are incised with Roman numerals as shown. Hand turned legs are solid and very heavy.

Some scratching and breakage on headboard consistent with age & use but will make a great project, easy fix.
