Rare Vintage 1950s Mid Century Modern BRADLEY LUCITE BALL CLOCK/DESK CLOCK

A rarely seen clock, made by BRADLEY in Germany, circa 1950s. It is an eye catcher, a brass band anchoring a lucite ball in place, which adds 3-dimensionality to the dial. The hands are ornate, with luminescent markers, Roman numerals on the 3,6,9 and 12. It has a flattened area in the back, so it can be set atop a desk, at a slightly raised cant. A GREAT period modernist clock! Please note- condition is very good, with the exception of a small area of wear to the front of the ball. It is FULLY operational, and has a strong heartbeat. Cleanest example we could find in our research.
